Recently, TOTEM conducted a real on-site sorting test in its recycling application lab, processing a batch of mixed-color blue plastic microbeads. The test demonstrates the latest performance of its plastic color sorter system under high-contamination and mixed-material conditions, providing a practical reference case for the global waste plastic recycling industry.

The raw material consisted of fine blue plastic beads mixed with discolored particles, oxidized plastics, and fine inorganic impurities. After processing through our intelligent plastic color sorter, the materials were clearly separated into two layers: the upper layer contained high-purity, uniform blue plastic granules with stable color consistency, while the lower layer consisted of off-color plastics, contaminated particles, and rejected waste materials with precise removal.

This result further proves the strong performance of our plastic color sorting machine (plastic color sorter) in micron-level color recognition and high-speed industrial sorting. Equipped with high-definition CCD imaging sensors and multi-spectral recognition algorithms, the system can accurately detect subtle color differences in PET, PP, PE, plastic flakes, and recycled plastic materials, significantly reducing impurity retention and improving recycling efficiency.
